Lotus Pose Flunky
Title: Climbing Indra's Ladder
Age: 44
Location: Live West Look East
About Me:
The bare essentials (subject to change without notice due to my revisionist memory):
Born and raised for a few years in the National Parks (Shenandoah, Fossil Butte, etc.). Still getting used to this thing called civilization
Introduced to meditative practices at age seven (a bit too early in retrospect and IMO)
Son of a preacher man during my later formative years. Agnostic at age eight or nine. Intensely spiritual after a remarkable event at age twelve and onward to this very moment.
Did the Saptapadi in Mauritius (was known as Snow Cone because of my big white head). Amicable divorce, then a few years with a Kenyan poet, and then married very happily to my Queen and true love from Yokohama.
I am more http://bhikkhublog.blogspot.com/ and Buddhadhamma Quarterly than http://www.wie.org/
Read this if you want to know what is really on my mind (and what should be on your mind if you are a contemplative):

What I have ended up doing is defining some words that are important to my path or have simply been on my mind. If you do not carefully define a word, it could harbor hidden meanings within you.
But I am leery about over intellectualizing the contemplative path. There are many sides to the mandala and we must strive to keep our path in balance. So while I might split hairs about Integral or Spiral this and that, I understand, in the end it is the In breath and Out Breath that will ultimately take us closer to the event horizon that is Atman.
Well, that is enough for now.
